A premium item counts once a month however often you place it, and it stays in your design and exports after the month or the plan ends. Nothing you made is ever deleted: documents over the cloud limit stay and keep saving; only a new one asks to upgrade or to be saved to your disk.

Paid plans pay for what runs on our servers: AI image generation and materials. If anything on this list ever moves to a paid plan, it stays free for everyone who already used it. That promise never covers what we pay an AI or API provider each time it is used, such as image generation and AI commands.

Image generation and materials use AI credits. A fast render costs 1 credit, a high-quality one 3; the editor shows the cost before you start. A plan’s credits renew each billing month and do not roll over. Packs come on top of any plan and last until the end of your next billing month, or 30 days on the free plan.

Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You can make, save and export designs without paying and without an account; nothing you export carries a watermark. A free account adds cloud storage, sharing and comments.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. In the editor open your account, then Plan and billing → Cancel plan, and confirm; or write to us. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Your documents stay yours, and credits from packs last until their own dates.
What is your refund policy?
If your first paid plan or first credit purchase is not for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of paying and we refund it in full, no questions asked. The details are in the terms.
What are AI credits?
Credits pay for the AI that runs on our servers: image generation and materials. Credits in a plan renew every billing month, and the ones you have not used expire at its end. Credits from a pack last until the end of your next billing month, or 30 days on the free plan. The credits that expire first are used first, your account shows when each expires, and a render that fails gives its credits back. Background removal runs on your device and needs no credits.
What happens when my AI credits run out?
Only the AI that runs on our servers waits: image generation and materials. Everything else keeps working, including the AI that runs on your device. The editor says how many credits a run needs before you start; buy a pack, or wait for your plan’s credits to renew with the next payment.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Free at any time; a pack works on any plan. To move from Pro monthly to Founders, buy Founders, then cancel the monthly plan in Plan and billing so it is not charged again; Pro carries on without a gap.
Where are my receipts?
In the editor, open your account, then Plan and billing → Payments: every payment is listed with its receipt. A receipt is also e-mailed to you when you pay.
Which currency are the prices in?
US dollars. The checkout page shows the final price and any taxes before you pay.
Is there a discount for students and teachers?
Yes: 50% off Pro, monthly or yearly. Write to [email protected] from your school or university address and we send you an education code; enter it under the plans when you upgrade.
What happens to my work when Pro ends?
It all stays yours: every document opens, edits and exports, the premium items you placed stay in your designs, and nothing in the cloud is deleted. Free’s limits apply only to what is new: an 11th cloud document asks you to upgrade or save it to your disk, older history waits until you are on Pro again.
