When we answer
We answer every message ourselves, by e-mail, in the language you wrote in (English or Ukrainian). There is no ticket system and no chatbot in between.
What we promise in writing: a privacy request (a copy of your data, a correction, deletion) is done within 30 days, as the privacy policy says; a refund we agree to normally reaches you within 14 days, as the terms say.

Who we are
Paletoo is made by md.studio, a design studio in Odesa, Ukraine, led by Andrii Mamontov. The service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Andrii Ruslanovych Mamontov. More on the About page.
